US embargo on Cuba finally working

The CIA is celebrating the success of the United States embargo imposed on Cuba, of which the Pentagon believes are finally working after 44 years.

CIA director Michael Vincent Hayden was ecstatic at the news that Fidel Castro is now frail and ill, and considered incapacitated. "The sanctions have finally caught up with him," said Mr Hayden.

The reporter interviewing the CIA Director pointed out the fact that Fidel Castro is now 80 years old and has been in power for 47 years and has outlived 10 US presidencies namely that of Dwight D. Eisenhower, John F. Kennedy, Lyndon B. Johnson, Richard Nixon, Gerald R. Ford, Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and one term of George W. Bush.

The reporter further questioned on what perspective of success the sanctions achieved against the leadership of Castro?

"Well ...ahem ...the sanctions have finally caught up with Fidel Castro's age, and he can't fight that now, can he?" lashed out the CIA director.
